KABLAM!!!!

Guess who's back in the mothaf.....if you know the rest of that line then you are just as naughty as I am *hehe*

Ok, so I am on a high from being closer to finishing this CD project (titled THE STORY as those in the know, know!). I had a great session yesterday mixing 2 of the remaining 5 songs that need post-production and/or mixing so that I can get to the part of mastering this puppy! Sometimes I listen to the mixed tracks and can't believe these are MY songs, can't believe I actually did them (with help of course - shout out to Steve Wallace, Thierry DeJean, Jonathan Lloyd, Douglas Glover & SUPA) but at the end of the day it's pure LeNora Jaye up in the mix and I couldn't be prouder. Don't know what the future holds for this project, if it will sell well, if people will dig it, if they will get what I'm about through this music, but right now I'm just proud to have done it.

So.....in saying all of that, check out the final mixed version of "It's On Tonight" (aka 2nd runner up for DMusic Soul/R&B Song of The Year 2007 !!!) and tell me whatcha think.

***Side note***
Most of my songs that I post on DMusic are exclusives - meaning I might not post them on any of my other music websites (myspace, musicfreedom etc.). ONLY on Dmusic. If you don't check em out here, you'll have to wait til the CD drops to hear em -- I love DMusic!
